Use this form to submit a photograph for a dog already in the pedigree database.  If you are adding a new dog, use this form instead.

Pedigree Photo Submission

  • Photo Requirements.

  • Please come as close as you can to these requirements, such as cropping, size, etc. If you cannot, STCA may crop/scale and may obscure ribbons/signs that cannot be cropped out. However, STCA will only do minor work and will not edit the dog in any way.

    • Scottie facing left (we can mirror the entire image without editing the dog if needed).
    • No signs, ribbons, or show identification in the photo.
    • Non-show photos preferred, but a show photo is acceptable if that is all you have. However, the photo will be cropped.
    • No people (an arm/leash or part of person who cannot be identified in the background is ok).
    • Crop/scale photo to 600 pixels wide by about 450 to 500 pixels tall.
  • Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, tif, Max. file size: 5 MB.

  • By submitting a photo to the STCA Pedigree Database I agree to the following terms:

    • I authorize the STCA to use this pedigree in the Pedigree Database.
    • I certify that I have the rights to use this photo and grant rights of use to the STCA.
    • The STCA may use this photo in simple advertising to promote the breed or STCA Pedigree.
    • I realize the public can see/search the pedigree database and may download/print pedigrees, including this photo.
    • The STCA has the right to crop/edit photos to meet our requirements.
    • The STCA has the right to refuse use of a photograph if it does not conform to our requirements.
